Marketing Coordinator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL for a Marketing Coordinator – Proposals. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and produce proposals, qualification packages, and related marketing materials. The role also includes supporting business development efforts, maintaining marketing content, and ensuring brand consistency across all submissions. The candidate will work closely with technical teams, project managers, and leadership to help win new work and support the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
