Performance Media Strategist Full-Time | Columbus, OH We’re busy. In the best way. And we need someone who can jump in and run with us. At Hunter Marketing, media isn’t a checklist—it’s a growth engine. It’s how ideas get into the world, how brands scale, and how we prove what’s working (and what’s not) in real time. We’re looking for a Performance Media Strategist who already knows their way around the platforms—but is hungry to get better, faster, and smarter alongside a team that takes media seriously. You’ll work directly with our Chief Media Officer and Director of Digital Media—rolling up your sleeves on active campaigns while growing into deeper strategy, performance thinking, and leadership. This is not a “manage and maintain” role. This is a build, optimize, push, and win role. What You’ll Do Jump into active campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond—and make them better immediately Own performance: monitor, optimize, and adjust daily based on what the data is telling you Build and evolve campaigns across the full funnel—from awareness to conversion Partner with creative to make sure what we’re putting into market actually performs Turn data into clear insights (not just reports people ignore) Support client conversations with confidence and clarity Contribute to media strategy, not just execution What You Bring 2–5 years of hands‑on paid media experience (you’ve been in the platforms) Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (bonus for LinkedIn, Microsoft, DSPs) You understand tracking, attribution, and how to make data usable You’ve managed real budgets and can speak to performance outcomes You’re competitive—you want your campaigns to outperform, not just run You’re curious and coachable—you want to learn from people who are better than you You move quickly, stay organized, and don’t need to be chased down Why This Role is Different You won’t be siloed—you’ll be in it with a senior media team every day You’ll have real ownership, not just tasks You’ll work across a range of clients, budgets, and challenges You’ll grow—fast—if you’re wired for it The Perks (because they matter) Competitive salary aligned with experience Downtown Columbus office + parking Paid family leave C-pass for public transportation A team that cares deeply about the work—and each other And yes, pizza perks If you’re ready to do work that performs—and want to be part of a team that will push you to be better email Elspeth@huntermarketing.us with your resume and a quick note on why this role feels like you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
