The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase hospital revenue and brand visibility. The involves building relationships with doctors, corporates, and referral networks, driving patient footfall, and coordinating marketing campaigns to support overall business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets. Identify new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and referral networks. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners. Promote hospital services, specialties, and packages to increase awareness and patient inflow. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities. Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with service offerings. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences to refine strategies. Drive field activities including visits to doctors, corporates, and healthcare professionals. Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns. Support digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, lead generation, and online promotions. Analyze sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards. Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Collaborate with branding and digital teams for integrated marketing efforts. Develop and implement patient engagement and retention strategies. Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs to enhance business opportunities. Participate in events, conferences, and community outreach programs to promote hospital services. Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing guidelines and ethical practices.
