Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is on the frontlines of a resort’s marketing efforts—they are responsible for bringing the marketing calendar to life and translating the resort’s story into compelling, channel‑ready content across every guest touchpoint. This role blends hands‑on creative expertise with digital fluency to ensure that every asset, from social content and third‑party listings to on‑property collateral, reflects a cohesive, brand‑aligned narrative. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Regional Marketing Director, the ideal candidate is a proactive creative doer with an eye for detail, a passion for brand storytelling, and the agility to execute across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of the marketing calendar, marketing materials and creative assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
Support the development and promotion of seasonal offers, packages, and activations across all resort outlets, including Spa, Food & Beverage, and Activities.
Coordinate timely website updates and digital content refreshes across owned channels and third‑party listings to maximize property visibility and reputation.
Own the email marketing calendar and create emails that pair the right message with the right audience.
Serve as the on‑property liaison to the social media agency, ensuring creative output aligns with campaign strategy and brand storytelling direction established by the Regional Marketing Director.
Assist with influencer and media stay coordination, including content tracking, asset management, and internal communications to maximize earned media impact.
Organize, optimize, and resize resort photography for deployment across marketing platforms, booking channels, and digital directories; provide hands‑on support for brand photoshoots.
Partner cross‑functionally with resort teams to anticipate marketing needs, surface opportunities, and ensure consistent brand presentation at every guest touchpoint.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, resort, or lifestyle brand environments.
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with a strong visual eye and the ability to translate brand standards into creative that resonates.
Working knowledge of digital content platforms, CMS tools, social media management systems, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple resort departments.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude and a genuine passion for delivering elevated guest experiences.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of on‑property events, content capture, and seasonal activations.
