Brahma is assisting our client in their search for a Senior Product Designer. This is a full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Role

We are building the infrastructure and tools powering real-time AI voice agents for fast-growing companies. As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end experience across core user workflows, working directly with founders and engineers to shape features from first principles. This is a high-ownership role where design quality and real-time interaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the product experience from early concepts and PRDs to polished, shipped features.
• AI Interaction Design: Transform complex, technical workflows into intuitive, human experiences for AI voice interaction.
• Collaborative Shipping: Work alongside engineering and leadership to ensure design intent and quality are preserved in production.
• User Advocacy: Conduct interviews and translate customer pain points into thoughtful, high-fidelity solutions.
• Design Systems: Build and evolve a scalable design system, setting standards for craftsmanship and consistency.
• Strategic Influence: Contribute strong rationale and taste-driven decisions to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Foundations: Strong background in user-centered design (HCI or equivalent) with a focus on usability and visual hierarchy.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; prefers owning problems end-to-end.
• Technical Polish: Detail-oriented with a high bar for craft, consistency, and "sweating the details."
• Collaborative: Enjoys working in a tight-knit team of engineers and founders to define what to build next.
