This is an Account Manager, Client Support or Project Manager role that proactively support day-to-day needs of your customers and auditors with scheduling audits, answering questions, sending quotes, helping with invoices, etc. Must be organized and a strong communicator via email and phone.
Must haves:
-2+ years of customer support experience
-Has worked in a corporate role on a remote basis
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Nice to haves:
-Has worked in a regulated industry (like aerospace or medical device)
-ISO 9001
