A leading e-commerce company is hiring a Senior Content Strategist & Copywriter to join their dynamic Seller Marketing team. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to craft impactful content that drives seller growth. The role is based in Brooklyn, NY, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Senior Content Strategist & Copywriter (Contract) Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling seller-facing communications that highlight product features and updates to ensure clarity and benefit relevance.
• Write and review content across channels including email, notifications, social media, community forums, and educational materials.
• Provide strategic feedback and top-edit work from junior team members to enhance quality and skill development.
• Help establish and maintain a clear seller voice and tone framework for consistent messaging.
• Design content approaches tailored to different seller segments, focusing on their unique motivations and needs.

Senior Content Strategist & Copywriter (Contract) Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial roles, particularly in product marketing for consumer brands or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to craft go-to-market copy for product launches, features, and lifecycle communications.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility, strategic insight, and understanding of diverse target audiences.
• Experience in developing or implementing brand voice and tone guidelines.
• Familiarity with personalization strategies, content experiments, and performance measurement.
