Director of Business Development

Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Business Development! Bonus Incentive Program!

• Ideally, someone who is local to the Florence/South Carolina market and has experience working within the competitive market.
• Clinical background is preferred (RN, therapist, etc) but not required.
• Need a healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background. Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare environment is required.
• Needs experience with training, leading and developing sales people, working directly with physicians as referral sources, as well as being out in the field for ridealongs with the team

Qualifications:

• Degreed
• Clinical background is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of extensive healthcare business development/sales background.
• MUST HAVE Healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background.
• Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare setting.
• MUST have led a sales team of at least 5+ with direct reports.
• Experience with training, leading and developing sales people.
