This position offers hands-on experience, paid training from day one, and the opportunity to work directly with customers while representing established brands in a professional retail setting.
Position Overview As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support client campaigns by engaging with customers, communicating current promotions, and contributing to overall sales performance. You will work closely with a collaborative team and receive ongoing coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities • Represent client products and services within retail locations • Communicate promotions and product information clearly and accurately • Provide a high level of customer service • Track individual and team performance goals • Assist with product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional events
Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service, or team-based environments is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
