Head of Revenue Operations

Akia is a venture-backed startup founded by ex-Meta engineers. We are an AI-powered guest journey platform that solves challenges around having too much to do. By seamlessly integrating messaging and automation into existing workflows, Akia is the driving force behind relaxing vacations. As our first Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the infrastructure that powers our entire go-to-market engine. You'll work directly with sales, marketing, and client success leadership to build the systems, processes, and data foundation that drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. What you'll be doing Design and build our GTM infrastructure from the ground up — territory design, lead routing, enrichment workflows, and pipeline reporting Own and administer our CRM (Salesforce) while evaluating and leading a potential migration to HubSpot Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give revenue leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting Partner with sales and marketing to design lead assignment rules, scoring models, and SLA frameworks Identify and close gaps in our tech stack — evaluating, implementing, and integrating tools that increase team efficiency and data quality Establish the data hygiene standards and processes that make our revenue reporting trustworthy Who you are You're passionate about AI and actively use it to work faster and smarter — you see it as a competitive advantage, not a novelty You're outcome-driven — you don't measure success by what you built, but by the revenue impact it created You thrive in ambiguity and get energized by building from zero rather than inheriting someone else's playbook You're a strong communicator who can translate complex operational concepts for sales and executive audiences You take ownership end-to-end — from identifying the problem to shipping the solution What you should have 4-6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM operations role Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce; HubSpot experience strongly preferred Proven track record building GTM infrastructure — territory design, lead routing, enrichment, and pipeline management Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards that drive decisions Experience at a high-growth startup where you had to build while the plane was flying Perks!
