Shifts Available: 9:00 - 5:30 M-F 7:00 - 5:30 Sun, M, Tu, W 10:30-7:00 M-F

Work Setup: Full attendance required during onsite training Transition to hybrid (2 days onsite/week) upon successful completion Role Overview: Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email. Resolve issues efficiently, guide users through systems, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service with one-call resolution Handle calls, emails, and escalations Assist with registration, login, and platform navigation Address questions related to applications and services Support account management on complex issues Help customers complete surveys and required processes Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Detail-oriented with a professional phone manner Flexible with schedule and overtime
