
Customer Service Representative (CSR)

In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison, managing orders from purchase to delivery, solving challenges in real time, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and production teams, making a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and business success.
What You’ll Do: Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Ensure order accuracy, pricing, and product specifications Communicate proactively around timelines, delays, and solutions Partner cross-functionally to balance customer needs and inventory Maintain detailed and accurate records for continuity
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or similar environment a plus) Experience managing full order lifecycle Strong problem-solving and communication skills High attention to detail and organization Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics experience a plus)
