Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Floor Lead

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 Location: 700 W 7TH ST STE U240, LOS ANGELES, California, 90017 Job Description

Alamo Floor Lead assists the venue management in running the day-to-day operations of our venues. They assist in all matters of operations, including but not limited to venue development, quality assurance, event execution, facilities maintenance, production, and most importantly supporting the team and guest experience. To Ensure Every Guest and Teammate Has An AWESOME Experience And Is EXCITED To Come Back Core Role Responsibilities

Model standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines Ensure effective communication inside each venue including daily pre-shifts, shift logs, and communicating any pertinent shift ongoings with a sense of urgency Assist in all areas of venue operations on shifts ensuring excellent execution of safety and operational protocols to create awesome guest and teammate experiences Help maintain standards of facility and equipment within the venue Reports back to GM with success and opportunities in operations model to continuously improve May assist in making decisions to impact shift alongside salaried manager Demonstrates continued development of self and hourly key leaders in their venue Responsible for adhering to and holding others consistently accountable to high performance and behavior standards Qualifications

Proven leadership and motivational skills along with being a positive role model. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience Possesses strong skills in problem-solving, guest relations, and verbal and written communication, along with the ability to multi-task projects simultaneously Minimum of 6 months in venue Full-time availability including weekends and holidays Cross Trained in a minimum of two positions/stations Physical Requirements

Must be able to execute light lifting and transport items medium distances, up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods Operates POS entry using touchscreen devices Ability to move with caution and operate in a busy/sometimes loud environment Ability to climb stairs Our Core Values
