Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a "best in class" Sales Coordinator that will schedule and coordinate work schedule for production as required by the demands of the sales force. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Receive orders from sales and schedule production accordingly Establish priorities for specific orders Review master production schedule and work orders Assist with establishing and maintaining manufacturing and delivery priorities Review submitted information to determine material and labor requirements to prepare cost estimate Interacts with customers by phone or in person in regards to orders Skills and Experience Required for Success: 2+ years of related experience Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE experience preferred) Competencies Required for Success: Integrity Teamwork Proven ability to build strong relationships Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is preferred
