Customer Service Representative
1st Shift We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing operations on 1st shift. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Location: Kenosha, WI Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $23-26/hour Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, production status, and shipments Enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery dates Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping teams to track order progress and resolve delays Communicate order status updates, lead times, and any changes to customers proactively Handle customer complaints, returns, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions Assist with inventory checks, backorders, and product availability inquiries Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Requirements: 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work cross-functionally with production and warehouse teams Work Environment & PPE: Office setting within a manufacturing facility Regular interaction with production and warehouse personnel Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines To apply or learn more about this opportunity, please give us a call at: (262)564-5000 or visit our office located at: 7507 41st Avenue, Suite A Kenosha, WI 53142 Midway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package offering Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.
