As a Customer Service/Recovery Representative, you will assist patients with billing inquiries, update account information, and follow up on outstanding payments while ensuring accuracy and excellent service. What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable navigating a desktop computer and multi-line phone system Knowledge of healthcare payers and Michigan collection laws is preferred Familiarity with insurance eligibility processes is a plus What You'll Be Doing
Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing statements and account inquiries Perform accurate data entry, including updating customer records and documenting interactions Follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely resolution and payment Obtain necessary written documentation from physicians and verify insurance eligibility Perks & Benefits
