In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate insurance verification and clean billing processes: Review and verify patient insurance information for accuracy and completeness Maintain and update patient demographic and account information Review medical documentation to confirm eligibility for equipment and services Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean and timely billing processes Identify and resolve discrepancies that may impact approvals or billing Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and support workflow Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies What We're Looking For Education & Experience: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Experience in insurance verification, healthcare administration, or a related role Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Basic computer proficiency (Office 365, Adobe, and related systems) High level of professionalism and confidentiality What Makes You Successful in This Role: You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy You are organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others You are proactive in identifying and resolving issues You maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality You thrive in a structured, process-driven environment Why Join Us?
