As we continue to grow, we are looking to add multiple Call Center Representatives to our team who are ready to build a long-term career with Call Control. Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound, outbound, and chat appointment scheduling for multiple dealership clients while following client-specific guidelines and using various scheduling platforms Develop expertise in one or more key client accounts to deliver consistent, high-level service Understand and meet Call Control's Key Performance Indicators to maintain productivity and performance standards Maintain and update internal customer databases to ensure accurate contact information Complete outbound business-to-business cold calls to schedule demonstrations of Call Control services Participate in team meetings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions with leadership Maintain reliable transportation to and from work Follow all safety policies and procedures Support the training team through shadowing and role-playing activities as needed Our benefits program was designed with our team members' preferences in mind.
