We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who already understands the home services industry and is confident working in ServiceTitan. If you know how to navigate calls, scheduling, and customer needs without missing a beat, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do: Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments Help customers understand their options and next steps Check shared email inboxes, respond quickly, and create/convert jobs Follow up with customers to book maintenance, explain memberships, and boost satisfaction Support technicians by keeping the dispatch board clean and accurate Maintain a customer database and process payments as needed What We're Looking For: ServiceTitan experience is a must Previous customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus) Clear, confident communication
