Wednesday (off Thursdays & Fridays), Night Shift 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM - or Day Shift 8am - 8pm. Or alternating schedule off 2 days during the week. Pay Pay Powerhouse: $85 per unit + dollies bonus + direct-account bump Job Type 1099 Commission only Job Site: We have storage facilities in Fort Worth, Lewisville, Duncanville, Balch Springs and McKinney so you will be using our truck from at least one of the lots! What You'll Do Operate a company-equipped late model Dodge 4500 Wheel Lift Truck featuring License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. Use our laptop and your smartphone for navigation and updating accounts. Repossess vehicles, transport them to and from the storage facility, schedule pickups, and occasionally handle voluntary repossessions. Communicate with our Dispatch Command Center Minimum Requirements 23+ years old (insurance requirement) Valid TDLR Driver's License with a clean driving record OR can attain one in 2 months Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening per TDLR procedures Dependable and able to maintain consistent 40-hour workweeks Basic proficiency with Technology Preferred Requirements 2+ years of experience in collateral recovery using a wheel lift or rollback/flatbed tow truck Experience with Clearplan and RDN Education High School diploma or equivalent
