Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative I to support sales and outreach initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to healthcare professionals and medical offices to facilitate product sample and literature distribution.
The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is confident communicating with medical office staff while maintaining professionalism and clarity in every interaction.

Work Environment & Expectations:
  • This is not an incentive-based sales role. Focus is on supporting outreach and operational efficiency, not closing sales.
  • Primarily outbound calling role (approximately 99%). No requirement for follow-up beyond initial communication and document sharing. Interactions are typically brief and transactional.
  • Success is measured through Management by Objectives (MBO) rather than commission-based KPIs
  • Requires comfort with repetitive calling and structured workflows
  • Ideal for candidates who are responsive, process-driven, and comfortable with routine communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 60 to 65 outbound calls daily to healthcare providers and medical offices.
  • Engage with office staff to determine needs for product samples and supporting materials.
  • Send required documentation via email or fax based on request.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in all communications.
  • Utilize structured call processes to ensure consistent outreach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare office staff.
  • Clearly communicate product-related information in a concise and effective manner.
  • Manage assigned call lists and ensure timely completion of outreach activities.
  • Complete all required products and process training.
  • Ensure compliance with "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act" guidelines for patient privacy and data security.
  • Work independently while contributing to overall team objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce (Lightning preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling environments.
  • Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and office staff.
  • Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments is a plus.
