
Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

What You Will Do:
Build and optimize advanced workflows, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle implementation.
Proactively manage MAP-CRM sync issues and develop platform logic to ensure seamless lead flow.
Advise marketing and sales teams on automation best practices.
Lead campaign execution, including dynamic content, triggered workflows, and A/B testing.
Maintain operational documentation, support compliance, and ensure data hygiene.
Serve as an informal mentor, providing training and guidance to junior team members.
You Need to Have
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with a MAP (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce preferred) and troubleshooting sync issues.
Proficiency in HTML and SQL for customization and data management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic actions.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B or agency environments.
Familiarity with project documentation tools like Confluence and Jira.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Relevant marketing automation certifications.
