Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused, and commercially minded Account Manager – iGaming to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing operator and strategic partner accounts within the online gaming industry. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong partnerships, maximizing account performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of iGaming client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary contact for operators, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across marketing, operations, VIP, compliance, payments, and product teams.
- Monitor account KPIs including revenue, player value, retention, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular business reviews, reporting, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and service optimization.
- Coordinate launches, promotions, offers, and operational initiatives across assigned accounts.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining strong partner confidence.
- Ensure all activity complies with regulatory, responsible gaming, and internal policy requirements.
- Maintain detailed account records, forecasts, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the iGaming sector.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Account Management, Partnerships, Client Success, or related roles within iGaming.
- Knowledge of key metrics such as player value, churn, retention, and conversion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making recommendations.
- Experience using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
- Commercially focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
