Account Manager (Entry Level)

A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated and driven Account Manager to support growth across a rural Michigan territory. This role is focused on developing and maintaining referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other healthcare facilities while educating providers on respiratory therapies, wound care solutions, and diabetes management services.

This individual will own their territory by prospecting, presenting, and closing new business while partnering closely with the local operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, thrives in relationship-based sales, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Location & Territory Coverage:

This is a field‑based sales role covering hospitals in Grayling, Mio, Harrison, Tawas City, Standish, Gladwin, and West Branch. The ideal candidate will be based in or near West Branch, MI and comfortable with frequent local travel throughout the region.

Must Haves:

• Comfortable discussing patient care with doctors, nurses, patients, and families in a confidential and professional manner
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform in-person visits to referral sources
• Background check and drug screen (as applicable)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Compensation:

$45,000 to $55,000per year annual salary. + Uncapped Commission
