Job Description:
Quinonez Management Group is growing and currently hiring a B2B Account Manager - Entry-Level to join our team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales support, and customer engagement, with paid training and clear opportunities for advancement.
No prior marketing or sales experience is required — we train you.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Sales team members will focus on generating new business opportunities and meeting clients in the field. When not visiting customers, they should work closely with their team from their designated office location, when available.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new leads within your assigned territory using external networks and cold outreach, consistently meeting or exceeding weekly targets for calls and in-person visits.
Client Engagement: Assess the communication and technology requirements of small and mid-sized businesses, and present customized solutions that drive growth and improve efficiency for both prospective and existing clients.
Account Development: Build new client relationships while strengthening and expanding existing accounts through ongoing engagement and long-term partnership development.
Consultative Selling: Apply a consultative approach to sales by addressing objections, recognizing market trends, identifying client needs, and using industry expertise to uncover and close opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing relevant products and services that align with customer needs.
Strategic Initiatives: Create and execute strategies to grow and retain revenue within complex accounts, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
