Outbound Intake Specialis t to join our high-performing intake team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical part in connecting individuals with the legal representation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner Qualify potential cases based on intake criteria and firm guidelines Build rapport quickly and navigate sensitive conversations with care and confidence Handle objections effectively and maintain composure under pressure Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the CRM system (Filevine) Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics Collaborate with intake management and the vetting team to ensure smooth case handoffs Follow up diligently with leads and maintain an organized pipeline

Skills & Competencies Strong active listening skills — picks up on cues and adjusts accordingly Effective objection handling with the ability to redirect and re-engage Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Comfortable working within a CRM or case management platform Accountable to performance metrics including contact rate and sign-up conversion

Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, collections, or legal intake Bilingual in Spanish and English Familiarity with employment law concepts is a plus Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment
