Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami Beach, FL.
Right hand to the CEO.
• Own end-to-end operations across shipping, fulfillment, and logistics • Oversee inventory, packaging, labeling, and quality control • Manage white label and private label partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers • Coordinate with partner pharmacies and ensure smooth fulfillment workflows • Build and optimize systems for order processing, tracking, and delivery
• Manage and lead all sales representatives and ensure performance, accountability, and reporting • Create structure across teams and ensure execution aligns with company goals • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly
• Work directly with the CEO on scaling strategy and operational expansion • Ensure all operations are organized, efficient, and ready for growth
Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management • Strong background in shipping, fulfillment, inventory, and vendor management • Experience with private label and white label partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and compare vendors and partners across multiple categories • Ability to break down complex decisions into clear, side-by-side analysis and recommendations • Strong business judgment with a focus on efficiency, risk, and scalability
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment • Ability to think like an owner and act as an extension of the CEO Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
