Simplus is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect (FSC)
to design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities: ·
Architect & Design:
Develop scalable and robust Salesforce application architectures that align with business requirements. ·
Data Modeling & Management:
Design and maintain complex data models, relationships, and security models. ·
Integration & APIs:
Define integration patterns and strategies for customer data and product catalogue, using APIs, middleware and external systems; such as finance and marketing. ·
Performance Optimization:
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance application scalability. ·
Security & Compliance:
Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, compliance, and governance. ·
Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions. ·
3P Packages:
Ensure best practices for installing and maintaining third party managed packages ·
Integrations:
Design and develop integration for customer data and product catalogues with back office finance systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications: ·
Technical Skills:
Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Salesforce Flows. ·
Integration Knowledge:
Experience with middleware platforms and third-party integrations. Experience with SAP is a plus. ·
Data Management:
Expertise in large data volume (LDV) considerations ·
Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Knowledge:
Good understanding of Financial Services Cloud. ·
Multi-Cloud Knowledge:
Understanding of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Agile Methodologies:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
