The Account Executive will maintain overall responsibility and accountability for all customer communications, sales, order, and product management, build customer loyalty and relationships, and problem‑solving analytics to maintain high service levels. This person will build a strong working relationship with various internal departments to achieve the highest level of customer service while enhancing growth and driving profitability for Offshoot Brands.

Key Responsibilities Customer Communication + Relationship Management

Serve as primary point of contact for customer communication related to orders, delivery, and product availability, pricing revisions

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers

Communicate proactively on order status, delays, or changes through updates from Operations Manager

Represent Offshoot Brands with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness

Order Management

Ensures customer orders are timely and accurately entered in the system, inclusive of appropriate transportation details while providing proactive guidance on fulfillment status.

Monitor shipping/warehouse issues are addressed in a timely manner to get orders out on time.

Ensure customer pricing accurately matches systems in line with sales agreements.

Upon completion of the order, generate invoices from the ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Verifies invoices, bill of ladings, shipment documents, and computes price and weight/volume conversions for transported goods.

Address and resolve issues like product defects, shipment delays, or billing discrepancies, ensuring prompt follow‑up with customers.

Escalate issues when needed to ensure service levels are maintained

Operational Coordination

Partner closely with the Operations Manager to align customer orders with execution capabilities

Communicate inventory availability, constraints, and timing to customers

Support smooth handoff between order entry and fulfillment

Brand Advocacy

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of OSB product portfolio offered.

Communicate Offshoot Brands’ brand messaging and product benefits to customers.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and sales processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, Proficient use of English language when speaking, reading, and writing

Possess logical problem‑solving skills, analysis and strategic thinking abilities

Exhibit a strong degree of professionalism and the ability to handle a high‑stress, multi‑task environment

Strong understanding of the retail landscape, including route to market and customer buying behaviors.

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely with frequent customer interaction.

Qualification

2‑5 years of experience in sales within fresh/perishable CPG, retail, wholesale, or foodservice.

Minimum 2 years of experience working in sales, sales coordination, administrative coordination, or customer service role, preferably in the fresh produce industry.

Familiarity with USDA marketing orders and produce standards preferred.

Knowledge of PACA regulations preferred.
