What you will be doing: Course Design Seeking a talented and innovative
learning
instructional designer
to support an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences and educational materials for a variety of audiences. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and expertise in instructional design methodologies.
Content Curation & Build The Designer will support the build of training and materials. This role must be familiar with all tools/technologies available at Client site for the design, development, and build of learning products.
Timeline Delivery Responsible for aggressive timeline delivery to stakeholders and the client business.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or demonstrated equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience designing online courses utilizing Articulate, Canva and/or MS Products and MUST be comfortable facilitated training sessions.
Responsible for designing learning offerings in response to an identified business or learning problem
eed.
Ability to design learning content while keeping in mind the user experience.
Strong problem solving skills; ability to proactively manage course design and development situations as well as project schedule.
Keen eye for design and creativity in alignment with brand and organization guidelines
