
Brand Marketing Associate

Overview
Support the development of marketing programs for assigned brands / product categories; including but not limited to new product feasibility and commercialization, product lifecycle management, brand asset development, reporting and analysis, and brand marketing activations.
Responsibilities
Support the development of new product feasibility by building out costing analyses, aggregating data for new item set up and generating and maintaining product information for commercialization, coordinating with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams
Partner with marketing managers to ensure, assess and report on brand consistency across product lines, promotional materials, events, and above-the-line brand communications including but not limited to sell sheets, renders, hero images
Help coordinate social media and digital channels to engage targeted consumers; promote brand growth; act as a liaison across social, digital media channels and external contacts, e.g., agencies, vendors, influencers, and talent
Support the development of marketing materials, packaging design and sales collateral between corporate marketing, third-party vendors, sales, and trade marketing; follow up on quality of materials
Research category insights; analyze and follow market trends and syndicated data to segment, target, and position brands for long-term growth and be able to review and present data and insights to internal and external stakeholders
Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate needs for qualitative and quantitative research; coordinate sampling, concept testing, and sensory analysis panels
Create and implement growth strategies; plan, create and propose business growth for annual planning
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
Two (2) years of marketing experience or one (1) year of Sigma internship experience
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years social media, web, and digital / SEO marketing experience
One (1) year CPG or Culinary experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience creating and analyzing Excel databases, graphs, pivot tables, and building compelling business presentations
Detail oriented, well organized, and capable of prioritizing daily workload to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely, and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing
Ability to build professional relationships with cross functional teams while facilitating a collaborative environment
Willingness to learn and able to flourish in a high-growth environment
Knowledge of consumer segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning as well as consumer insights development
Understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive environment to segment, target, and position brands
Environmental / Working Conditions
Travel up to 40% of time and effectively work in a hybrid environment (both from home and in-office, as needed)
Physical Requirements
Usual at-home and in-office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices
