Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager - Facial, based in Austin, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The individual in this role will actively drive sales of the facial aesthetics product portfolio, manage customer accounts, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include developing relationships with clients, creating strategies for account growth, providing product education, and meeting sales targets. The individual will work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and transparent communication.
Qualifications
Sales-focused skills: Proven abilities in business development, account management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
Client relationship skills: Experience in client onboarding, communication, and long-term account growth strategies
Strategic thinking: Proficiency in developing sales strategies, market analysis, and identifying revenue opportunities
Product knowledge and education: Ability to understand and convey the value of facial aesthetics products to clients
Team collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the medical aesthetics industry or related healthcare field is a plus
