Role Title : IoT US Regional Commercial Manager Location : Home Based, East Coast, USA Company : Vodafone IoT USA Inc. What You'll Do

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Lead, you will lead commercial activities across the US and support the plan and execution of profitable, innovative IoT solutions for the region. You will work closely with Sales to understand customer challenges, develop commercial strategies and proposals for complex deals, and adapt the global IoT commercial model to local requirements. Serve as the commercial lead for Global IoT opportunities, supporting regional Sales with end-to-end commercial development Develop complex pricing strategies and propositions for IoT Global Strategic Accounts Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product Management, IoT Technology) to ensure transparent, aligned decision making; manage governance and internal approvals on pricing models and complex deals Contribute to revenue growth and market share gains while maintaining disciplined margin management Join key customer meetings with Account Teams to shape bid strategy and lead or support negotiations Share commercial best practices across regions and provide feedback for continuous improvement Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

Lead customer-centric commercial activities that drive profitable growth for Vodafone IoT while proactively managing commercial risk Apply market and competitive insight to shape regional commercial strategy, inform deal pricing, and influence commercial terms for IoT customers Build and leverage strong stakeholder relationships to secure alignment and bring Vodafone capabilities to customers Represent the commercial function in C-level engagements and manage senior-level interactions to support successful contract negotiations Core Competencies

Highly data-driven with strong analytical capabilities Commercially focused and experienced managing large, complex global bids with multiple stakeholders Adaptable to dynamic environments, able to reprioritize and cope with ambiguity Key Qualifications

Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen with a track record of profitability in established and emerging service areas Experience supporting complex sales pursuits in commercial, sales, bid, or pricing roles Experience working in global enterprises or multinational environments Strong experience in Commercial, Sales, or Operational roles Proven ability to apply commercial logic to deliver strong business outcomes Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling Compensation

Base salary range: $112,500 - $155,000 per year. Salaries are expressed as Total Target Compensation (TTC) = base salary + commission. The final offer will reflect qualifications, experience, and skills. Benefits
