Build and own your book of business from day one
Develop long‑term client relationships with law firms in your market
Acquire and expand accounts thoughtfully over time with a dedicated marketing budget
Drive recurring revenue in a predictable model with great product‑market fit
Increase earnings as your book of business grows
You’ll be in the field at least 3 days a week, building real relationships – not just sending emails. If you love face‑to‑face selling, networking, attending industry events, and being a visible presence in your market, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll crush this role if you have 3–5 years outside sales experience, you’ve demonstrated the ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject‑matter experts, you thrive in high‑activity, high‑agency roles, and you have experience with CRM tools.
Base Salary and Commission – Your Growth Potential
Commission: 5% on Steno revenue from completed jobs
Example: a rep with a $2m book earns $100,000 in annual commission
Expected first‑year OTE: $125k – $150k+
Potential third‑year OTE: $175k – $275k+
