Oversee key activities including email programs, workflow configuration, segmentation, list management, and QA. Ensure data accuracy and proper performance tracking across systems in alignment with global standards.* Take primary responsibility for regional campaign and funnel performance analysis. Use reporting tools and dashboards to monitor inquiry, conversion, and pipeline contribution metrics. Identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and provide structured optimization recommendations. Deliver recurring performance summaries and actionable insights to Marketing and Sales stakeholders.* Analyze lead follow-up performance, SLA adherence, and pipeline conversion from inbound and outbound activities. Review disposition trends and highlight improvement opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve alignment between marketing output and BDR execution.* Act as the regional analytical point of contact for Marketing, ABM, Central MOPS, and BDR teams. Support demand review discussions with structured performance insights and ensure consistent KPI visibility across stakeholders.**Minimum Qualifications*** 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations roles. Expert in building and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI (data modeling, KPI structuring, performance visualization).* Practical experience working with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign tracking and funnel analysis.* Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign and pipeline performance, identify performance gaps, and translate data into clear optimization recommendations and overall marketing operations strategy.* Solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics, conversion analysis, and attribution logic.* Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.* Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage multiple high priority projects congruently.
