Preferred Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or insurance roles

Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship‑building skills

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail

Friendly, client‑centered attitude and professional approach

Effective time management and organizational skills

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual abilities are a plus
