Position Overview We areseekinga creative, strategic, and highly detail-oriented Digital Content Producer to bring our North American brands to life across digital touchpoints. This role will lead the end-to-end production of compelling, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email, video, and paid media. The Digital Content Producer will ensure every asset aligns with brand standards, supports businessobjectives, and delivers an engaging consumer experience.
Based within the North American Photography Studio in Hunt Valley, MD, this roleis responsible formanaging the full content production lifecycle—from pre-production planning and on-set execution to post-production delivery. The Digital Content Producer will drive workflow efficiency,maintainproduction schedules, and serve as a key liaison between creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest standard.
The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership skills with operational rigor and a passion for storytelling through digital content. This individual thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, brings clarity and structure to complex projects, and consistently elevates the quality and impact of branded content.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-production planning, including brand alignment, scheduling, resource coordination, and shot list development
Track projects in project management software (AdobeWorkfront)
Manage on-set operations to ensure efficient execution, creative excellence, and adherence to timelines
Oversee post-production processes, including asset review, approvals, and final delivery
Maintain studio organization, equipment readiness, and overall workspace standards
Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, cross functional partners, and studio teams
Partner closely with designers, art directors, prop stylists, photographers, food stylists andretouchers to bring creative concepts to life
Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment across brand, creative, and production teams
Brief, onboard, and manage external freelancers or production partners as needed
Ensure external resources deliver work that meets brand standards, budget requirements, and timeline expectations
Maintain clear communication and accountability throughout all external engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Production, or Marketing or equivalent experience
Experience managing creative projects
Experience managing photo or video shoots including client management, time management, and directing crew
Experience in digital content production and content marketing
Understanding of how assets need to be shot to be edited in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Deadline-driven sense of urgency rounded out with a flexible and positive mindset
Team player, must work daily with other creatives to produce content together
Able to take constructive feedback and action on it in real time
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once – our work involves many moving parts
Ability to implement and maintain well-organized systems to manage information, files, contacts, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Advertising or art directing experience
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Microsoft Suite
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop
Culinary experience; food and ingredient knowledge
CPG experience
