Role Description The Vice President of CRE Enterprise Solutions will drive strategic initiatives, foster business development, and manage key accounts to achieve revenue growth in the commercial real estate (CRE) sector. This full-time hybrid role requires the candidate to work out of the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include developing enterprise software strategies, consulting clients on AI integrations, and managing high-value sales accounts to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client operations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Sales and Business Development
Experience in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
Knowledge of Enterprise Software and AI-driven solutions
Background in Consulting, particularly with a focus on strategic problem-solving
Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in real estate or technology industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
