Hiring: Inside Sales Representatives
Industry: Wholesale & Distribution Automotive Essentials
Location: North Jacksonville, Florida (hybrid). Mondays-Thursday on site, Friday WFH, half‑day Saturdays WFH.

The team plans to grow, with future supervisor roles opening, so you can move into leadership with initiative and reliability.
Compensation & Incentives
Base pay $18.50/hr plus monthly performance bonus (average $900 per month).
Consistent performance can total up to $10,800 in annual bonuses, on top of hourly pay.
First‑year earning potential up to approximately $48,000.
Salary $40,000 – $52,000 per year
Shift First
Work hours 8 AM – 5 PM
Education High School (required)
Responsibilities
Deliver customer service while supporting sales efforts.
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, chat, and text.
Handle inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
Place outbound sales and follow‑up calls per team priorities and management direction.
Document customer interactions, notes, and next steps in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑through.
Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and programs.
Generate new leads and prospects through outbound calling and online research.
Assist customers and sales team with new account setup and credit application processing.
Support product return workflows, including new item returns and warranty claims.
Maintain sales support materials such as brochures, catalogs, signage, and promotional displays.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase overall efficiency.
Collaborate with sales teammates and leadership to share best practices and strengthen sales execution.
Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule (half day, WFH 8 AM‑12 PM) providing remote phone coverage.
Essential Function Work weekends.
