Role Description
This is a contract to hire remote role for a Territory Management Trainee. The trainee will visit dentistries, support lead generation efforts, communicate directly with potential clients, and provide exceptional customer service to foster client relationships. Additionally, the trainee will collaborate with the sales team to achieve territory growth goals while gaining hands‑on experience in territory management and customer engagement. Qualifications
Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales Effective Communication and Customer Service capabilities Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Willingness to take initiative and work independently in a remote environment Attention to detail and team collaborator Preferred
Prior experience in the dental industry is a plus English and Chinese Bilingual or English and Spanish Bilingual would be a plus Cross-region training; Mileage reimbursement; CPT, OPT or H1B Sponsorship offered for qualified interns; Merit-based stock options.
