Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal
to play a key role in supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This is a newly created position designed for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and working on complex, high‑profile matters from start to finish. You'll work closely with attorneys on pre‑ and post‑closing matters, entity formation, and regulatory filings, with flexibility in hours and opportunities for long‑term growth.
Compensation range: $120,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience.
Top 3 Qualifications
7+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience , ideally in a law firm environment
Strong expertise in entity formation , including LLCs, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, and nonprofit entities
Hands‑on experience preparing pre‑ and post‑closing documents , including CA Department of Real Estate (DRE) filings
