Position Purpose The Enrollment Communications Coordinator supports the execution of mid‑to‑late‑funnel enrollment communications within Tuck Admissions and Financial Aid. Working under the direction of the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications, this role ensures timely, accurate delivery of campaigns and communications that engage applicants, admitted students, and incoming students. The role manages partner contract logistics and performance reporting, supporting collaboration with Tuck Marketing and Communications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and five years’ relevant experience.
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure outcomes and implement improvements.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM-based communications (Slate strongly preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., Banner).
Experience with digital engagement tools (chatbots, pop‑ups, landing pages).
Knowledge of marketing and communication best practices relevant to enrollment operations.
Key Accountabilities Communications Support (40%)
Build and schedule Slate email campaigns for applicants, admits, and incoming students (reminders, yield messages, onboarding updates).
Assist in drafting and updating templates for applicant and yield communications.
Check outgoing communications for accuracy, personalization, and brand consistency.
Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely execution.
Support admit and yield communication execution under the direction of the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications.
Partnership & Vendor Coordination (20%)
Manage contract logistics and vendor coordination for recruitment/event partnerships (renewals, invoicing, deliverables) in collaboration with the Director and Associate Director.
Coordinate with recruitment/event partners on timelines, asset delivery, specs, and fulfillment requirements.
Track recruitment partnership deliverables and performance metrics; prepare summary reports for leadership.
Support MarComm as requested on marketing partnership deliverables.
Ensure documentation, agreements, and assets are stored and organized for team access.
Content & Collateral (15%)
Support the creation of admissions collateral (presentations, brochures, etc.).
Maintain and organize content assets for easy team access.
Assist with formatting, proofing, and version control.
Event Communication Support (10%)
Coordinate communication timelines for admissions events across the funnel.
Manage pre‑ and post‑event communications (confirmations, logistics, surveys).
Provide onsite or virtual event support as needed.
Administration & Analytics (10%)
Track mid‑ to late‑funnel engagement metrics (application activity, event attendance, yield indicators).
Support dashboard reporting and track communication deliverables.
Prepare reports summarizing partner performance, event outcomes, and funnel activity for leadership.
Collaboration (5%)
Maintain alignment with Enrollment Systems and MarComm to ensure data accuracy and smooth handoff between top‑funnel marketing and application‑stage communications.
Collaborate with MarComm on partner deliverables and vendor coordination as needed.
Support the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications in implementing strategy informed by partnership insights.
Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
Performs other duties as assigned.
