R101 - Account Manager

The TalentHQ, Florida, NY, United States

The Role

Lead technical onboarding calls to set up GoHighLevel, secure Facebook ad account access, and map out client business data

Run routine client calls to walk through ad metrics, SEO progress, and ROI—keeping clients focused on revenue, not noise

Upsell clients to higher ad spends and keep them bought into the growth roadmap

Identify broken processes inside the agency and fix them without being asked

Push back respectfully when clients go off‑track and redirect them to the North Star metric

This is for You If...

Authoritative : You command a room—clients trust your opinion because you deliver it with confidence, not fluff.

Fully Committed : This is your main thing, not a stepping stone—you're here to build, not to learn the model and leave.

Resilient : High‑growth, high‑stress seasons don't rattle you—you sharpen when things get hard.

Hyper‑Professional : You show up to every client call dressed and prepared like the meeting actually matters.

Note: We'll evaluate communication style, client presence, and closing ability during the interview process.
