Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking an inbound sales specialist to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in sales, and is looking to build a long term career in the insurance industry.
In this role, you will primarily handle inbound calls from individuals seeking information about insurance products. You will guide customers through their options, answer questions, and support them through the enrollment process. This is not a cold calling position.
This is a hybrid role, with 1 to 2 days in the office and the remainder working from home. The position offers hourly pay plus a performance based commission structure, providing additional earning potential as experience and performance grow.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from individuals inquiring about insurance products and coverage options
Educate customers on available plans and help them select the best option based on their needs
Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to completion
Follow up with prospective customers who have expressed interest but have not completed enrollment
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
Meet or exceed individual performance and sales goals
Learn company products, processes, and compliance requirements related to the insurance industry
Collaborate with team members to provide a positive and supportive customer experience
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day
Interest in sales and helping customers make informed decisions
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
