We’re looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager who thrives on storytelling, social media, and results. You’ll manage 3–5 client accounts, developing creative campaigns, managing social media channels, supporting event marketing, and collaborating across our creative, web, and automation teams to deliver exceptional work. If you love blending creativity with analytics and can juggle multiple brands without missing a beat, you’ll fit right in. Responsibilities
Client + Campaign Management
Serve as the main point of contact for 3–5 Social Media or Marketing clients, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and results are consistently met. Plan and execute annual marketing calendars with creative campaigns and measurable goals. Partner with Reach’s leadership and creative teams to brainstorm fresh ideas that tell stories and drive engagement. Manage event marketing campaigns from pre-event promotion through on-site coverage and post-event reporting. Social Media + Content
Plan, write, and schedule content for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok across assigned clients. Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging while tailoring content to each platform. Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop graphics, reels, and social-first assets. Manage community engagement—replying to comments, DMs, and fostering connections. Monitor trends and identify creative opportunities for clients to join relevant conversations. Reporting + Optimization
Analyze social and campaign performance data and translate insights into recommendations. Work with the automation and data teams to generate monthly client reports. Use metrics to refine social strategy and increase ROI across campaigns. Collaboration + Execution
Coordinate with the creative, web, and automation teams to align all marketing efforts. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly. Manage project timelines and ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand. Skills & Strengths
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a strong grasp of social media tone and storytelling. Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Confident in developing, scheduling, and analyzing social content. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a drive for measurable success. Team player who enjoys collaboration, brainstorming, and sharing new ideas. Comfortable balancing creative strategy with data-driven decision-making. Requirements
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. 3+ years of marketing or social media experience (agency preferred). Proven success managing brand social channels or multi-account campaigns. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools. Willingness to occasionally work nights/weekends for event coverage. Certifications (or Willingness To Earn)
HubSpot Inbound or Content Marketing Certification Google Analytics Certification Sprout Social Certification Bonus Points
