Overview
Senior Executive Assistant (contract). Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities
Provides support and assistance to executives to ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public.
Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks involving clerical, administrative, research, and management functions.
Manages schedules, office operations, communications, information preparation, company records, data analysis, and represents the executive to others.
Handles confidential information and communications with discretion.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and procedures.
May be responsible for training and supervising lower-level clerical staff; uses discretion and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience supporting multiple senior leaders (Director/VP level) in an executive support capacity
Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and executive presence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini is a plus
