Lead migrations from Microsoft stack to Google Workspace Stack Build and present ROI to client executive teams Oversee end‑to‑end service and solution delivery for clients Align operational delivery with organizational goals and customer commitments Lead teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Google stack Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client contacts Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in IT related role Experience migrating from Microsoft stack to Google Workspace Stack Extensive experience with Google Workspace Strong client focus, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical approach Effective team leader, mentor, and communicator Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ITIL-based operations and change management Compensation & Benefits
This remote role offers a starting pay range of $125,000 – $179,000, depending on location, experience, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401(k) program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
