Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring exceptional service. Duties include prospecting for prospective clients, preparing and presenting properties, negotiating transactions, and maintaining compliance with real estate laws. Additionally, the role involves building and nurturing client relationships to support their real estate needs. This is a hybrid role based in Northern Nevada, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

Qualifications

Real Estate Expertise: Familiarity with market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.

Client Interaction: Interpersonal skills, negotiation, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.

Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM tools, and other digital platforms.

Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Licensed in Nevada: Possession of an active real estate license in the state of Nevada.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Previous real estate experience or knowledge of the Northern Nevada market is a plus.
