Role Description We are seeking an FLGSF Designer & Drafter skilled in FrameCad and SAP2000 for a full-time on-site & Remote (WFH) position in Nashville, TN. The candidate will create detailed designs and frames for cold-formed steel structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings, conducting structural analysis using software tools, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires precision and a strong commitment to delivering quality solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design and drafting tools, particularly FrameCad and SAP2000

Expertise in Structural Design principles and standards

Skills in creating accurate engineering drawings and blueprints

Ability to conduct structural analysis and calculations

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams

Experience in cold-formed steel structures is highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

Familiarity with building codes and structural regulations

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
