
Senior Director, Pricing and Product Strategy

****Location:**** Santa Fe NM, Denver, CO, Las Vegas NV, Houston TX, Dallas TX or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)****Compensation:**** The salary range for this position is $121,391 to $167,520. Compensation may vary based on location and experience.
****Guest Value & Experience Design:**** Balance revenue optimization with guest perception, ensuring pricing and packaging strategies feel intuitive, compelling, and aligned with the Meow Wolf experience.* Develop and champion a cohesive, organization-wide pricing and optimization strategy that integrates pricing, packaging, and experience design to achieve financial targets.* Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align pricing strategies with brand positioning and go-to-market efforts.* Present detailed performance reports, strategic recommendations, and forecasts to the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors.* Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging monetization models across entertainment, hospitality, and attractions to maintain a competitive advantage.* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.* Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Pricing Strategy, or a related analytical role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, attractions, or retail industries is highly desirable.* Skills:
+ Deep expertise in developing and implementing dynamic pricing algorithms and yield management principles.
+ Strong experience in product bundling, packaging strategy, and commercial innovation.
+ Proven proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling (e.g., regression, time-series forecasting).
+ Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or similar) and data visualization platforms (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Looker, Kibana).
+ Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) and drive organizational change.
